Practical Water Wisdom

A Virtual Learning Series
Lake, sandy shore, two inflatable kayaks, sun at horizon

With the New Year comes an even dozen of new Practical Water Wisdom: A Virtual Learning Series webinars. The webinars are a partnership among Itasca Waters, Minnesota Sea Grant, and others.

The committee of volunteers who create and run this series have an excellent lineup for 2025 that includes invasive jellyfish, all about beavers, how the changing climate will alter fisheries, a live septic system inspection, the nearly unknown but pervasive banded mystery snail, ice-out forecasting, and a review of great water books for kids.

Webinar announcements and registration information are posted to MNSG’s events webpage, included in MNSG's monthly newsletter (sign-up form), and are on the Itasca Waters Water Wisdom website.
