Why Minnesota Sea Grant?

This project aligns with Minnesota Sea Grant’s mission by delivering science-informed, nonadvocacy resources that help communities deepen their understanding of water systems. By engaging youth and educators through high-quality literature, Water Reads builds environmental literacy while nurturing the curiosity and skills that support Minnesota’s future water-focused workforce.

What have we done lately?

December 2025: The "Water Wishes for the Holidays," part of the Practical Water Wisdom webinar series, will take place on December 4, 2025, starting at noon CT.
