Sharing Career Journeys: Paths to the St. Louis River Summit

Registration:

Join via Zoom. Pre-registration is not required and there is no admission fee to participate.

Description:

This is a student and career networking session that will involve guests sharing the journey of what they have studied and tried throughout their careers so far. It will feature a diverse group of professionals who work in and around the St. Louis River, and will highlight the interdisciplinary nature of these careers.

Guest speakers will answer questions like "How is the St. Louis River important to you in your work?" to illustrate overlaps of their fields and goals and respond to questions like “What surprises people about your path to your current work?” to share diversity of experience.

Students can submit questions in advance or during the session through chat, sharing out loud, or typing anonymously into a google document.

This session is geared toward middle and high school students, undergraduates, and graduate students and is hosted by the Summit Student & Community Outreach Committee.
