Find Minnesota Sea Grant and Wisconsin Sea Grant's joint station for all ages called "Twin Ports Waters: Paddle Smart, Eat Local" at the Lake Superior Day 2025 festivities. The table will feature river exploration, water safety trivia, and fish stamping.
Lake Superior Day was started in the early 1990s to highlight the lake's importance to the Great Lakes basin's environment and economy. It is held every year on the third Sunday in July and provides interactive activities and learning opportunities for both kids and adults. This year's event is being coordinated and hosted by the Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve.
This is an all ages event that is free and open to the public.
