HOA Stormwater Leaders Course

The East-Metro Water Resource Education Program, as coordinated by the Washington Conservation District is offering a pilot training course in 2025 in partnership with the University of Minnesota Water Resources Center and Minnesota Sea Grant. 

The HOA Stormwater Leaders Course will provide HOA leaders with the knowledge, tools, and resources to cost-effectively plan for and manage the stormwater management practices on their HOA properties. The course aims to help HOAs reduce long-term maintenance costs, avoid complaints by members, lower flood risk, and improve the health of their natural and water resources.
