Ecology Science Fair

When?
- Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where?
- University of Minnesota St. Paul Student Center (2017 Buford Ave St. Paul, Minnesota 55108)
What?
- The Ecology Science Fair
- Student presentations. Students share their ecology-related research by presenting their projects and answering interview questions from scientists.
- Fun breakout sessions. Students may also attend breakout sessions that include ecology and other STEM-related (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) presentations.
- Fish dissection. Minnesota Sea Grant Extension Program Leader and Fisheries and Aquaculture Extension Educator Amy Schrank will be leading students through a fish dissection during one of the breakout sessions.

Who?
- The Ecology Science Fair is for elementary, middle school and high school students to present their ecology research, and share their findings with other students, teachers and scientists.
Why?
- The Ecology Science Fair focuses on student-driven investigations in ecology, encouraging students to engage in all steps of the research process, including data presentation.
