Minnesota Sea Grant has a special joint Request for Proposals (RFP) with the Ohio and Wisconsin Sea Grant programs for research on harmful and nuisance algal blooms to be conducted from 2022-2024.

Applicants who submitted preproposals will receive feedback by the end of February 2021. Full proposals are due April 30, 2021, no later than 3 p.m. CT. To be eligible to submit a full proposal, applicants must have submitted a preproposal by January 15, 2021.
