Description:
The Minnesota Aquaculture Association annual conference and farm tour aims to bring Minnesota aquaculture producers together. This will be an opportunity for aquaculture producers, legislators, researchers, and others interested in aquaculture to learn about aquaculture efforts occurring in Minnesota.
Minnesota Sea Grant Fisheries and Aquaculture Extension Educator Amy Schrank will give an update on the MNSG project Increasing Golden Shiner Bait Production in Minnesota and the Egg-to-Market Yellow Perch Project. MNSG Aquaculture Extension Educator Kieran Smith will talk about cryopreservation of shrimp and fish embryos.
