During each seven-day workshop, educators will have opportunities to meet other educators, scientists, R/V Lake Guardian crew, and staff from several Great Lakes Sea Grant programs. Educators and a scientist will work in small teams to develop research questions, collect field samples, conduct lab analysis, and generate data to analyze, visualize, and interpret. R/V Lake Guardian educator workshops typically include two shore educational field or shore stops that focus on locally relevant Great Lakes topics.
