What I do for Sea Grant
I am currently a student at Macalester College who is working for Minnesota Sea Grant as an extension program intern.
My project is to map the extent of cattail invasion in lakes over time from aerial photographs and/or satellite imagery for MNSG's Invasive Cattail-Dominated Shorelines project. I am also working to develop two Invasive Cattail-Dominated Shorelines project summaries, one accessible to the general public and the other aimed at watershed and resource managers.
