Watershed Game at the 2025 National Watershed & Stormwater Conference

Minnesota Sea Grant's Maggie Karschnia, alongside Natural Resource Research Institute's Cindy Hagely, will be presenting on the Watershed Game at the 2025 National Watershed & Stormwater Conference held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

The presentation, titled "Playing to win: engaging local leaders with a serious game to foster successful programs through increased watershed literacy and collaboration" will teach conference participants how to facilitate critical conversations around community resilience and land use planning using The Watershed Game, a fun, interactive tool used in 24 states to help foster successful programming. This session is aimed at water resource managers, practitioners, researchers, and regulators. 

The 2025 National Watershed & Stormwater Conference will be held April 8 - 10, 2025. Registration is required to attend this event.
