The University of Wisconsin-Superior is hosting the first annual Transportation and Logistics Day at the Yellowjacket Union, featuring a presentation by Minnesota Sea Grant on marine transportation.
High school students from around the Duluth and Superior region will learn about rail, marine, pipeline and truck transportation from professionals in the industry. Students will rotate through four stations representing each of the modes of transportation, talking with professionals about what they do and participating in a hands-on activity to enhance learning.
