"Real Stories in Research: The Lake Superior Edition" is a six-part workshop series for educators that focuses on scientific processes in the Lake Superior watershed...

The presentations are developed for people working with grades K-12 as part of the Great Lakes Aquarium's Science Institute for Educators program. Attendees receive lesson plans aligned to Minnesota academic standards and access to related activities. Project partners for the 2013-2014 series include: Minnesota Sea Grant, the Great Lakes Aquarium, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources MinnAqua Program, and Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center. This project was funded in part by the Coastal Zone Management Act, NOAA's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resources Management, in cooperation with Minnesota's Lake Superior Coastal Program.
