Living Lands and Waters: Cleaning Up America's Rivers

Free public presentation by Chad Pregracke at 7:15 p.m.

Chad Pregracke is the founder of the nonprofit Living Lands and Waters. The Duluth appearance of this national champion of environmental stewardship, sponsored by Sappi Fine Paper, will begin at 7:15 p.m. in the Gooseberry Falls Room at the DECC. The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited. People are encouraged to arrive early (6:45) and visit River Quest learning stations set up in Pioneer Hall. Chad's funny, compelling story will leave audiences with a clear understanding that each person's actions truly make a difference in cleaning up America's rivers. (full release)
